1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DenvayStream ("we", "us", "our"). They apply when you visit denvaystream.com, request a trial, buy a subscription or use any of our services. By doing any of these things you accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and DMCA Policy.

2. Who can use our services

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You are responsible for making sure that using our services is allowed under the laws of your country.
• The information you give us (such as your email and contact number) must be accurate.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Prices are shown on our website in your local currency (or in US dollars if your currency is not available) and may change. The price you pay is the one shown when you order.
• Subscriptions run for the period you choose (3 months, 6 months, 1 year or 2 years) and do not renew automatically — we will remind you before yours ends.
• Each subscription is for one connection (one device streaming at a time) unless your plan says otherwise.
• Your login details are personal. Sharing, reselling or publishing them is not allowed and may lead to suspension without a refund.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery and service availability

We usually send your login details within minutes of payment, although it can occasionally take up to a few hours. We work hard to keep the service stable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Channel lineups and content may change over time, and short interruptions may happen for maintenance or reasons outside our control, such as your internet provider, device or network conditions.

5. Content and intellectual property

• All content made available through the service belongs to its respective owners. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch it for private, non-commercial use only.
• You may not record, copy, rebroadcast, resell or publicly show content from the service.
• The DenvayStream name, logo, website design and text belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.
• If you believe your copyright is being infringed, please follow our DMCA Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example by trying to access it without permission, interfering with our servers, using automated tools to scrape it, or using it for anything illegal.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees about specific channels, content, picture quality or compatibility with every device. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these Terms — for example by sharing your account or misusing the service. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation is subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last changed. If you keep using our services after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about our services. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
