A MAG box is a small TV box made only for IPTV. It is very simple to use with a remote control, which makes it a good choice for people who do not want to install apps.

Before you start

  • Connect the MAG box to your TV with an HDMI cable.
  • Connect the box to your router with an internet cable if you can.
  • Find the MAC address. It is on a sticker under the box and starts with 00:1A:79.

Step 1 — Send us your MAC address

Send the MAC address to us on WhatsApp. We use it to connect your subscription to your box. We will then send you a portal URL.

Step 2 — Add the portal URL

  1. Turn on the box and wait for the main screen.
  2. Press the SETUP button on the remote, or go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
  3. In “Portal 1 name”, type a name, for example DenvayStream.
  4. In “Portal 1 URL”, type the portal URL we sent you. Check every letter.
  5. Press OK to save.

Step 3 — Restart and watch

Go back to the settings menu and choose Restart portal, or turn the box off and on again. The box will load your channels. The first time can take one or two minutes.

  • “STB blocked” or “Access denied”: the MAC address we have may be wrong. Send us a photo of the sticker.
  • Black screen: check the HDMI cable and choose the right HDMI input on your TV.
